We track the usage of the Hopdata Products to improve the services we offer, both to you and to our content service provider partners.

Information from other sources – We may also collect information about you from other sources, such as from other users, content providers and mobile network operators.

For example, we may aggregate demographic data to help us improve and market the Hopdata Products to companies that sponsor content. If you stop using the Hopdata Products, you may request that we delete all personally identifiable information about you in our possession. We will use our best efforts to comply with that request, subject to system limitations and the need to maintain backup copies for technical, administrative and legal purposes.

In the case that the Hopdata Products display content from external websites, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such websites. We encourage you to review the privacy terms of websites visited using the Hopdata Products to determine their privacy practices.


We use standard practices including secure server layer software (SSL) and firewalls to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of such firewalls and secure server software. We arenot responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures associated with the SW Products. No data transmissions over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. If we learn of a security systems breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. By using the SW Products, or providing personal information to us, you agree that we can communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of the SW Products. We may post a notice on our website or within the app(s) if a security breach occurs, the viewing of which requires a web browser. In these circumstances, we may also send an email to you at the email address you have provided to us. We do not knowingly request or collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. The Hopdata Products are not intended for or designed to be used by anyone under 13 years of age. If you use the Hopdata Products, you represent that you are 13 years of age or older.
